Buenos dias Exxita y Xerver, A finales de julio EXXITA recibió el TV nuevo 55PUS8400/12 para el cliente del caso 1721035. Ustedes deberían haber recibido el TV para ser entregado al cliente. ¿pueden confirmarnos el estado de esta gestión? La clienta gestionó la reparación de su tv y a fecha de hoy no le han dado solución.Según indica Philips desde el 24-07 tiene aprobado el cambio de tv pero ella no lo ha recibido. Adjunto documento demora , si en los plazos establecidos el cliente no recibe una solución , procederemos a realizar nosotros el cambio y pasaremos cargo.
